Can anyone submit a template?
You don't have to be a professional or seasoned designer to submit a template, but the template you submit MUST be your own. It cannot contain graphics or themes created by someone else. For example, if you're using a header graphic someone else created, that's a problem. If you're using creative commons icons or stock art/photography to supplement your design, that's okay, provided you're using them as requested by the author.
Your review will be removed promptly and/or given a zero score if proof of theft is reported.
How do you handle complaints about offensive or illegal content?
